Gary Grande founded Vanguard Motors in 1986 after working for German specialty shops since 1972. Gary has a rare combination of knowledge – from the cars of the 1960s and 70s all the way through 2017 models. He is devoted to continuing training and education and views each day as an opportunity to learn something new.
Gary is a long standing member of BIMRS, an independent association of BWW service professionals. The members of BIMRS share their considerable knowledge of BMW and MINI repair amongst themselves to increase repair efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Gary is also an active member of the Porsche Technicians Group, an international email based group designed for the same purpose as BIMRS.
